    A Community Development District fee pays for roads, utilities and amenities in many new communities. It usually appears on the property tax bill, so factor it into your monthly cost.

    Do I need a Realtor to buy new construction?+

    You are not required to use one, but the builder's sales agent works for the builder. We represent you, and in most cases the builder pays our fee.

    How far is Port St. Lucie from the beach?+

    Most of the city is 20 to 30 minutes from the beaches on Hutchinson Island.
