We met Kate two years ago at an open house and we held onto her card because we were so impressed. We started looking in August with Kate. She showed us several homes and was always and I mean always available anytime we reached out to her. We decided we wanted to live in Cascades because of the amenities, but we wanted a pool home which are far and few between in Cascades. As soon as one came on the market, she made an appointment that same day for me to view the home. We finally bought that house and closed two weeks ago. She was relentless on finding us our dream home to the point where she sent letters to every person in Cascades that had a pool home asking if they were thinking about selling to give her a call, because she had some serious buyers. With Kate it's not just all about finding the perfect home, she was also very knowledgeable about what to look for what problems might arise and pointing out anything that should be of a concern. In the end we got more than what we expected and we could not be happier. Don't even think twice about reaching out to Kate if you're looking to buy your cell at home. She will only do right by you.
